Prepare your passport
Make sure your passport is valid for at least the required period and scan the bio page clearly.

Create your application photo
Use the Photo Converter to get a compliant 3.5×4.5cm white-background JPG.

Prepare an email address
You will need a working email address to receive confirmations from the EPS system.

Prepare your phone number
A valid mobile number is required for verification during registration.

Visit the official EPS website
Go to the official EPS-TOPIK portal to begin your application.

Fill in the application form
Enter your details carefully and upload your prepared photo and passport page.

Pay the exam fee
Complete payment of the required exam fee (currently US$28) to finalize registration.
